No representations or warranty, expressed or implied, is made by Artificial Intelligence Holdings (or its advisers) in relation to the investment and no reliance should be placed on the accuracy or completeness of the information set out in the Perustietoasiakirja (Securities
Information Sheet) or in the other documents or otherwise.
The customer represents and warrants that he/she is not a citizen of the United States of America, resident in the United States of America or in the case of legal entity, is not domiciled in the United States of America, and that he/she/it is not acting on the behalf of such person or entity.
No amendments or changes are allowed to the printed text of this subscription list. This subscription list is binding on the customer and cannot be cancelled by the customer.
The customer represents and warrants that the information given above is correct and true. The customer hereby authorizes Artificial Intelligence Holdings Oy to verify the information provided by the customer from applicable sources, if deemed necessary by Artificial Intelligence Holdings Oy.
Artificial Intelligence Holdings Oy has the right to reject the subscription in full or in part if it is not in accordance with the instructions.
